As explained in my book, Important Dates in the Lives of Jesus and Mary, the true date of the Crucifixion of Jesus is AD 19, not AD 30 or 33 (the two most popular dates). Although this is speculative, there’s a fair amount of evidence supporter the earlier date. If correct, then next year, 2019, is the 2000th anniversary of the Crucifixion (April 7), Resurrection (April 9), and Assumption (May 18).
I would expect some momentous events to accompany that anniversary. What we have so far, for the 2000th anniversary of the Ministry of Christ (the last three years or so) has been some events leading up to the start of the tribulation (esp. the beginning of the schism). It may be that next year, the tribulation itself begins, or it may be that the schism goes into full bloom.
